DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENT

The Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) has a requirement for one (1) Narrow Aisle Double Reach/Deep Reach Electric Forklift Truck complete with a battery and a battery charger.  Delivery of the Narrow Aisle Double Reach/Deep Reach Electric Forklift Truck will be to a Government of Canada warehouse facility located in Winnipeg Manitoba. The complete delivery must be made by March 31, 2015. 

This requirement includes the option for CRA to purchase additional Narrow Aisle Double Reach/Deep Reach Electric Forklift Trucks if required for deliveries to Canada Revenue Agency sites outlined in Annex A-1.

The CRA is seeking to issue a three (3) year contract, with two (2) one-year option periods.

CONTRACTOR SELECTION METHODOLOGY

A bid must comply with the requirements of the solicitation and meet all mandatory technical evaluation criteria to be declared responsive. The responsive bid with the lowest evaluated price will be considered the highest ranked Bidder and will be recommended for award of a contract.
