Description
CTC is seeking a proponent that can provide a cloud-based or hosted Voice over IP (VoIP) telephone system in addition to an optional Unified Telecommunications system. CTC is looking for proposals for a VoIP telephone system (with handset hardware leased or purchased), and in consideration of future needs, proposals that provide a Unified Communications solution that bridges the gap between VoIP and other computer related communication technologies. The primary goal of this NRFP is to obtain proposals for a turn-key solution of a VoIP telephone system and a Unified Communications solution that meets the future needs of the CTC. The Proponent’s proposal is inclusive of the hardware, software, design, configuration, software licensing, testing, staff training, maintenance, decommissioning and commissioning of the complete system and all its components. Including, but not limited to any ongoing support over the life of the proposed system. This system will meet CTC requirements for functionality, scalability, reliability, redundancy and manageability, and include a robust disaster recovery capability. The proponent is to explain the total cost of ownership, focusing on up-front costs and ongoing operational costs over the life of the solution.
