Description
Citizenship and Immigration Canada (CIC) requires the services of a Contractor to conduct an evaluation of its resettled refugees programs – the Government Assisted Refugee (GAR), Privately Sponsored Refugees (PSR) and the Blended Visa Office Referred (BVOR) programs – and of its Resettlement Assistance Program (RAP) as defined in Appendix "D", Statement of Work from the date of contract award to March 31, 2016.
