Task-Based Informatics Professional Services (TBIPS) Requirement

This Requirement is for: Health Canada and Public Health Agency of Canada

This requirement is open only to those TBIPS Supply Arrangement Holders who qualified under Tier 1 - stream 1, Applications Services. 

This requirement is open only to those invited TBIPS Supply Arrangement Holders who qualified under the categories for:  A.1.  Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Functional Analyst, Level 2.

The following SA Holders have been invited to submit a proposal, however should an uninvited SA Holder wish to be invited, it may contact the Contracting Authority to request an invitation at any time prior to five days before the published bid closing date, and an invitation will be made to that SA Holder unless it would not be consistent with the efficient operation of the procurement system. In no circumstance will such an invitation require Canada to extend a bid closing date. Where additional invitations are made during the solicitation process, they may not be reflected in a bid solicitation amendment.

Description:  Health Canada requires the professional services of one (1) Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Functional Analyst, Level 2 (SAP FM - CO Consultant), on an “as and when” required basis.

Proposed period of contract: The proposed period of the contract shall be from contract award to March 31, 2015, plus one (1) additional twelve (12) months irrevocable option allowing Canada to extend the term of the contracts.

Number of Contracts:  This solicitation is intended to result in the award of one (1) contract.
