Description
Foreign Affairs, Trade and Development Canada has a requirement for the supply and delivery of quantity 100, air purifiers to the High Commission of Canada in New Delhi, India, with an additional optional quantity of 100.

Delivery:
Delivery is preferred within 45 days from award of contract.

Destination:
Delivery is required to High Commission of Canada, 7/8 Shantipath, Chanakyapuri, New Delhi 110 021, India, Delivered Duty Paid, Incoterms 2000, customs duties included, Value Added Taxes (VAT) extra.

Evaluation of Bid Price:
The price of the bid will be evaluated in Indian Rupees (INR), customs duties included, Delivered Duty Paid (DDP), Incoterms 2000, Value Added Taxes extra.  The lowest evaluated priced compliant bid will be recommended for contract award.

The Crown reserves the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement
