    PROJECT REQUIREMENTS/OBJECTIVES
    The Quality Assurance Manager has a requirement for a test coordinator to facilitate and coordinate test activities within the group.  
     
    SCOPE OF WORK / KEY ACTIVITIES
    The Senior Test Coordinator will report the Manager, Quality Assurance and will responsible for the following task, services and deliverables.
    
    •	Coordinate UAT client and testing resource requirements while acting as single source of communication with development, overseeing development of test strategy, cases and scripts for an integrated UAT/regression testing period;
    •	Coordinate the development of test environments;
    •	Conduct formal review of requirements for clarity and testability;
    •	Hands on involvement with and overseeing all user acceptance software testing requirements including, functional test in-line with requirements specification, and regression testing for each iteration; 
    •	Coordination of software builds and releases;
    •	Regression, functional, and performance testing;
    •	Coordinate and lead test strategies, test plans and execution plans;
    •	Ensure development of requirements-to-test matrix;
    •	Develop test scripts, establishing and maintaining source and object code libraries for a multi-platform, multi-operating system environment;
    •	Writing and executing queries to interpret test results and create test data;
    •	Isolating and reporting functional bugs;
    •	Tracking fixes and features using Industry Canada’s configuration management tools;
    •	Generate, validate, review and maintain test documentation, scripts, reports and packs for each release type, review acceptance\rejection of supplier test evidence;
    •	Store and archive test results and generate test reports and evidence for each iteration release; 
    •	Monitor and escalate any issues to management on project risks associated to the system test effort in regards to timelines, test environments, resources, and any other obstacles to the test effort; and
    •	Assist the manager in improving the speed, accuracy and efficiency of Industry Canada’s testing processes.
