Task-Based Informatics Professional Services (TBIPS) Requirement

This Requirement is for: Health Canada and Public Health Agency of Canada

This requirement is open only to those TBIPS Supply Arrangement Holders who qualified under Tier 1 - stream 5, Project Management Services. 
This requirement is open only to those invited TBIPS Supply Arrangement Holders who qualified under the categories for:  P.9.  Project Manager, Level 3.
The following SA Holders have been invited to submit a proposal, however should an uninvited SA Holder wish to be invited, it may contact the Contracting Authority to request an invitation at any time prior to five days before the published bid closing date, and an invitation will be made to that SA Holder unless it would not be consistent with the efficient operation of the procurement system. In no circumstance will such an invitation require Canada to extend a bid closing date. Where additional invitations are made during the solicitation process, they may not be reflected in a bid solicitation amendment.

Description:  The Information Management Services Directorate (IMSD) of the Corporate Services Branch of Health Canada (HC) is responsible for managing a number of large informatics projects over the next three (3) years, transforming the way in which service is electronically delivered to Canadians. As a result, IMSD requires the professional services of up to twelve (12) Project Managers, Level Three (3) on an as and when required basis.

Proposed period of contract: The proposed period of the contract shall be form contract award date to June 30, 2015 12, plus two (2) additional three (3) months irrevocable option allowing Canada to extend the term of the contracts.

Number of Contracts:  This solicitation is intended to result in the award of two (2) contract.
