Description
The objective of this contract is to obtain database administration support for the different Oracle database environments at the PSC for project initiatives and in operations while adhering to the System Development and Life Cycle (SDLC) best practices and Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) Change Management Process. In addition, this contract is to assist the PSC Oracle Database Administrators (DBA’s) in implementing the security recommendations detailed in the SIP.

The Contract Period will begin on the date the Contract is awarded and end June 30th, 2015.  It includes one irrevocable option to extend the term of the Contract by up to one (1) additional 120 days. 

It is the policy at PSC that all Database Administrators are required to maintain a valid secret clearance and contractors are also required to maintain a secret clearance for the duration of any contract with the PSC.

The PSC’s estimated budget for this contract, including options, is approximately $180,000.00 (CAD) exclusive of applicable taxes.
