ROOFING AND SNOW REMOVAL SERVICE – QUEBEC REGION

This requirement is for: The Correctional Service of Canada, Quebec Region – Different institutions.

Trade agreement:	This procurement is subject to the Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT).

Tendering procedures: All interested bidders may bid one or more territory.

Competitive Procurement Strategy: Lowest priced compliant bid.

Set-aside under the Procurement Strategy for Aboriginal Business: This procurement is not subject to any set-asides for Aboriginal Suppliers.

Comprehensive Land Claim Agreement: This procurement is not subject to a Comprehensive Land Claims Agreement.

Security Requirements: This contract does not include security requirements.

Nature of Requirements: The following is a summary of the statement of work for this requirement. 

The Offeror must provide as this Standing Offer qualified workforce, supply and equipment for the repair coverage and roof snow removal facilities in the Quebec region:  Complex Ste-Anne-des-Plaines and Laval, CORCAN Construction, Institution Joliette, Cowansville, Drummond, Donnacona and Marcel Caron CCC.

The bidder may bid one or more territory, according to his capacity to serve the roofing services and snow removal service.

Expected Delivery Date: The date of issue to October 31th, 2015 more possibility of two (2) of a year options.

Given the nature of the requirements, proposals submitted by such means as facsimile or electronic mail will not be accepted.

After contract award, bidders may request a debriefing on the results of the bid solicitation process. Bidders should make the request to the Contracting Authority within fifteen (15) working days of receipt of the results of the bid solicitation process. The debriefing may be in writing, by telephone or in person.
