    TITLE :  First Aid and CPR training
    Trade agreements : NAFTA - AIT
    Procurement strategy: competitive, 40 days buy and sell
    
    Comprehensive Land Claim Agreement: Not Applicable. 
     Services of a firm specializing in first aid and CPR for the "C" division. 'The contractor has the responsibility to teach the basic techniques for members to save the life of an injured person until medical help arrives' (see the statement of work). The need is for a period of two years with additional three optional years.  The trainning will take place at the winning bidders’ facilities and will be held in the Montreal and Quebec city regions.
    PERIOD OF CONTRACT:
    The contract period will be for two(2) years from the date of contract award.
    MANDATORY EVALUATION CRITERIA:
    Bidders must meet the mandatory evaluation criteria’s to be considered admissible
    CONTRACTOR SELECTION METHOD:
    The successful bidder will be selected on the basis of the lowest responsive bid.  To be considered responsive, the tender submission must meet all the above mandatory criteria.  
    SECURITY REQUIREMENT:
    RCMP site access.
