 Services of a firm specializing in first aid and CPR for the "C" division. 'The contractor has the responsibility to teach the basic techniques for members to save the life of an injured person until medical help arrives' (see the statement of work). The need is for a period of two years with additional three optional years.  The trainning will take place at the winning bidders’ facilities and will be held in the Montreal and Quebec city regions.
PERIOD OF CONTRACT:
The contract period will be for two(2) years from the date of contract award.
MANDATORY EVALUATION CRITERIA:
Bidders must meet the mandatory evaluation criteria’s to be considered admissible
CONTRACTOR SELECTION METHOD:
The successful bidder will be selected on the basis of the lowest responsive bid.  To be considered responsive, the tender submission must meet all the above mandatory criteria.  
SECURITY REQUIREMENT:
RCMP site access.

Addenda when issued will be available from the BUY AND SELL service provider. Firms that elect to base their bids on tender (solicitation)documents obtained from other sources do so at their own risk and will be solely be responsible to inform the tender calling authority for their intention to bid. In all cases, bidders must indicate (when requested) in the space provided on the tender form the identification number(s) of the addenda, if any, that they have taken into consideration for their bid.  Bids may be submitted in French and English.  Canada reserves the right to negotiate with the lowest bidder.
