Sao Paulo, Brazil - Property Brokerage Services

1.0 The Project:
Her Majesty as represented by the Department of Foreign Affairs Trade and Development (DFATD) has initiated professional real estate services with the aim of selling one (1) residential property in Sao Paulo, Brazil.  The Department has obtained an appraisal on the property which is ready for immediate sale.  
	2.0 Scope of Work: 
	This contract will consist of the following: 
	
	Broker services:  if and when Treasury Board of Canada approves the project, the Contractor will provide broker services to finalise the transaction for the disposal one (1) residential property in Sao Paulo.
	
	The mandatory criteria are:  
	
1.	A mandatory site visit to be held on November 26, 2014 at 10:00 at Rua Antônio Andrade Rebelo, 931 - Jardim Morumbi, São Paulo - SP, 05692-000, Brazil.  
2.	The Proponent must have a permanent office in Sao Paulo, Brazil.
3.	The Proponent must have provided realtor services within the area (as per the address provided in the SOW) for at least the past five (5) years from the closing date of this RFP (A7) and have completed a minimum of five (5) property sale transactions in this area during this time. 


3.0 RFP Documents From GETS:
	
Proponents shall order from GETS the Request for Proposals documents which includes the Draft Contract.

4.0 Selection Process: 

The selection process is a one-stage competitive process wherein Proponents are invited to respond to this RFP and submit information relating to technical and price proposals.  The proposals will be evaluated and scored as described within the RFP documents.  The price proposal shall consist of a fixed percentage price for the property.  Should Her Majesty elect to proceed with a contract, the Proponent with the highest score will be awarded the Contract. 

In case of discrepancies between this Notice and the Request For Proposals documents, the Request For Proposals documents shall take precedence.
