DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENT:
	 
CIC requires the services of a Contractor to provide their Internal Financial Control (IFC) Team with financial audit services under Work Stream 3 (Information Technology and Systems Audits) and Work Stream 6 (Financial and Accounting Services) of the Professional Audits Support Services Supply Arrangement (PASS-SA).  The Contractor must perform an entire financial controls assessment project (including projects on the department’s entity-level controls and IT general controls), from planning to the reporting of control weaknesses and related opportunities for improvement.

DURATION OF CONTRACT

April 1, 2015 to March 31, 2018 with four (4) option periods of one year each. 

EVALUATION PROCESS AND SELECTION METHODOLOGY

Highest Combined Rating of Technical Merit (70%) and Price (30%)
