NATURE OF THE REQUIREMENT:

The RCMP “F” Division, Technology Crime, Regina, Saskatchewan, requires the provision, assembly and testing of two (2) Radio Frequency Shield Enclosures including the delivery of one (1) to Regina and one (1) to Saskatoon, Saskatchewan.  
Delivery is on or before 31st March 2015.
This requirement includes an irrevocable option for one (1) additional enclosure for each delivery location of Regina and Saskatoon under the same terms and condition available to exercise by 31st March 2016.

SECURITY:  
There is a security requirement associated with the requirement, the Contractor and all persons working on site must have a valid “Facility Access (escort required) FA2 Clearance”, issued by the Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) Departmental Security.

BASIS OF SELECTION:
A bid must comply with all requirements of the bid solicitation and meet all mandatory technical evaluation criteria to be declared responsive. The responsive bid with the lowest evaluated price will be recommended for award of a contract.
