Description
CMHC wishes to enter into a contract with a service provider to provide full administration and recordkeeping services for the Defined Benefits Pension Plan. The service provider will assume responsibility for all members’ inquiries through a call centre and to provide a self-service web site where members will access information on their pension plan and perform pension estimates. CMHC also requires that the service provider provide an administrator site where CMHC’s administrators will be able to run reports, extract data, and view the status of pension-related transactions. The term of this contract is for 5 years with the potential for one, 3-year and one 2-year renewal options (total 10 years). The anticipated annual value of this contract is not expected to exceed $840,000. Bids must be received at the exact location as specified in the RFP document on or before the submission deadline of 2:00 p.m. EST, on December 19, 2014. Please note that CMHC will not distribute solicitation documents that are posted on buyandsell.gc.ca. Suppliers must download the solicitation document and attachments directly from the tender page.
