Payroll Services

CMHC wishes to enter into a contract with a service provider to assume full responsibility for employee and pensioner payroll services as well as all related pension benefit payments. The service provider will assume responsibility for employee and pensioner’s inquiries through a call centre and to provide a self-service web site where employees/pensioners will access their payroll-related information and data. CMHC also requires that the service provider provide an administrator site where CMHC’s payroll administrators will be able to run reports, extract data, approve payments and view the status of payroll-related transactions.  The term of this contract is for 5 years with the potential for one, 3-year and one 2-year renewal options (total 10 years).  The anticipated annual value of this contract is not expected to exceed $420,000. 
Bids must be received at the exact location as specified in the RFP document on or before the submission deadline of 2:00 p.m. EST, on December 19, 2014.
