J Division – Various Locations, New Brunswick – Snow Removal and Ice Control, Landscaping and Ground Maintenance, Waste Removal and Janitorial Services

Royal Canadian Mounted Police have a requirement for various locations within New Brunswick for the following work: 
1. Snow removal and ice control 
2. Landscaping and grounds maintenance 
3. Waste Removal 
4. Janitorial Services 
The services will be provided to 29 active buildings and 8 surplus buildings.
Contractors are to bid on the whole contract, separate contracts will not be issued.

Inquiries are to be made in writing and should be received no less than five (5) calendar days prior to the closing date to allow sufficient time to respond. Inquiries made via telephone will not be responded to. 
Firms intending to submit tenders on this project should obtain tender documents through the Buy and Sell Website.  Amendments, if issued, will be available from the Buy and Sell Website. Firms that elect to base their bids on tender documents obtained from other sources do so at their own risk and will be solely responsible to inform the tender calling authority of their intention to bid.               
The Crown retains the right to negotiate with any suppliers on any procurement.
Documents may be submitted in either language of Canada. This requirement is subject to the, Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT), North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA) and World Trade Organization (WTO).
