    THERE IS SECURITY REQUIREMENT FOR THIS PROJECT
    
    MANDATE
    Replacement of domestic water booster pumps at the Canadian Meteorological Centre. The work covers the necessary disciplines for their accomplishments such as the plans and specification. More specifically, the work includes, but is not limited to; 
    
    Provide among other seismic installations for the following disciplines but not limited to:
    
    Mechanical
    1 Plumbing;
    2 Heating;
    3 Ventilation;
    4 Refrigeration;
    5 Air conditioning;
    6 Fire protection.
    
    Electrical
    1 Lighting;
    2 Power distribution;
    3 Fire alarm;
    4 Other electrical equipment.
    
    Each contractor must protect the technical components (TC) under its respective division, including and not limited to:
    1 Piping;
    2 Ventilation ducts;
    3 Electrical conduits and cable trays;
    4 Equipment and accessories.
    
    The construction work must be completed by July 31 2015. 
    
    Site Visit Information (MANDATORY) 
    All contractors intending to bid are requested to attend the mandatory site examination meeting. This will be the only opportunity to visit the site, examine the drawings and discuss projects details. All contractors attending the1 SECTION 1 INSTRUCTIONS TO TENDERERS (IT) 
    site visit will need to present photo identification at the front desk. The site visit will be held at the following date and location, as stated below: 
    2121 Rte Trans-Canadienne 
    Dorval, Quebec 
    H9P 1J3 
    Interested bidders are invited to meet at the site visit on: December 10, 2014 at 10h00 local time 
    Please RSVP to the Contracting Authority no later than December 8 2014 at 14:00. 
    Failure to attend the “Site Visit” will result in bidder’s disqualification.
