Description
CMHC wishes to enter into a contract with a service provider for the purpose of facilitating the marketing and sales and property management of selected CMHC properties (1 -6 units) in the Province of Nova Scotia.  The Agreement will be for an initial one year term with an option to renew for two consecutive one year terms.  The anticipated annual value of this contract is not expected to exceed $748,000. 

Bids must be received at the exact location as specified in the RFP document on or before the submission deadline of 2:00 p.m. EST, on January 16, 2015.
