DEFENCE CONSTRUCTION CANADA (DCC) – #NMP1421– SOA – Laboratory Services of Compressed Breathing Air Samples, Various Locations across Canada The work includes, but is not necessarily limited to, the supply of labour, material, supervision and equipment necessary to provide on an “as and when requested” basis, Laboratory Analysis of Compressed Breathing Air to various locations across Canada. AMENDMENTS TO THE TENDER DOCUMENTS SHOULD BE OBTAINED FROM MERX AS AMENDMENTS OBTAINED FROM OTHER SOURCES MAY NOT BE THE LATEST. Bids from bidders whose name does not appear on the official list of bidders who ordered the tender documents, may be declared invalid. This Standing Offer Agreement (SOA) is for an estimated value of $144,000 to provide the required services from the date of establishment of the SOA to March 31, 2018. If mutually agreed between the service provider and DCC, this SOA may be renewed for two (2) additional one (1) year periods. For each extension, the maximum amount that can be expended under the Standing Offer Agreement will be increased by $144,000. This procurement follows tendering procedures in accordance with Chapter 10 of NAFTA. The tender closing date is: January 22, 2015 The tender closing time is: 14:00 hours, local time.
