    Description
    The RCMP requires six (6) snowmobiles to be delivered to RCMP St Anthony, and Happy Valley-Goose Bay, Newfoundland on or before March 31, 2015 in accordance with the terms and conditions specified in the RFP. The region of opportunity for this requirement is worldwide.

    Enquiries are to be made in writing and should be received no less than five (5) calendar days prior to the closing date to allow sufficient time to respond. Inquiries made via telephone will not be responded to.
    
    Firms intending to submit tenders on this project should obtain tender documents through the Public Works and Government Services (PWGSC) Buy and Sell website. Amendments, if issued, will be available from the PWGSC Buy and Sell website. Firms that elect to base their bids on tender documents obtained from other sources do so at their own risk and will be solely responsible to inform the tender calling authority of their intention to bid.     
              
    A bid must comply with the requirements of the bid solicitation and meet all mandatory technical evaluation criteria to be declared responsive. The responsive bid with the lowest evaluated price will be recommended for award of a contract.
    
    Delivery Required:  March 31, 2015
    
    The Crown retains the right to negotiate with any suppliers on any procurement.
    
    Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
    
    This procurement is subject to the provisions of the Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT).
