Description of the requirement:

Employment and Social Development Canada (ESDC) is seeking external, objective guidance to perform an assessment that will provide for recommendations regarding the profile of BI and Analytics capabilities, and a framework that includes reference architecture for determining a way forward for the Department

The proposed period of contract shall from March 5th, 2015 to June 25th, 2015
