    Task-Based Informatics Professional Services (TBIPS) Requirement
    
    This requirement is for:  Royal Canadian Mounted Police
    
    This requirement is open only to those Supply Arrangement Holders who qualified under the Tier “1” stream for IM/IT Services.
    
    This requirement is open only to those invited TBIPS Supply Arrangement Holders who qualified under the categories for:
    
    I.4 Database Modeller

    DESCRIPTION OF THE REQUIREMENT
    
    The RCMP requires the services of two (2) Data Modellers (level 3) to perform a CIS (Community, Information, and Security) modeling exercise to interpret the organization’s requirements for an applicable configuration on the EDRMS Pilot Project (Electronic Document and Record Management System) which is powered by OpenText Content Server 10 (CS10). 
    
    PROPOSED PERIOD OF CONTRACT
    
    The proposed period of contract shall be from date of contract award to 240 days later with an irrevocable option to exercise one (1) additional 240 day period.	
    
    Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
    
    The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.
