TASK Based Professional Services (TSPS) Requirement

Description of the requirement:

Statistics Canada requires a contractor to conduct in-depth interviews (individual interviews and group interviews) with a considerable number of respondents as part of the evaluation study of the Census of Population and Census of Agriculture. The total number of interview sessions (including individual and group interviews) will be 175 including the two programs (105 sessions for Census of Population and 70 sessions for Census of Agriculture). This number of individual sessions represents a higher number of interviewees based on the fact that some sessions will be group interviews with more than one person. However, the majority of the sessions will be individual interviews. The project will be conducted independently for each of the two censuses.  The resulting contract period will be from contract award to June 30, 2015

Security Requirement: 

1.	At the date of bid closing, the following conditions must be met:

(a)	the Bidder must hold a valid organization security clearance as indicated in Part 7 - Resulting Contract Clauses;

(b)	the Bidder's proposed individuals requiring access to classified or protected information, assets or sensitive work site(s) must meet the security requirements as indicated in Part 7 - Resulting Contract Clauses;

(c)	the Bidder must provide the name of all individuals who will require access to classified or protected information, assets or sensitive work sites;

(d)	the Bidder’s proposed location of work performance and document safeguarding must meet the security requirements as indicated in Part 7 - Resulting Contract Clauses;

(e)	the Bidder must provide the address(es) of proposed site(s) or premises of work performance and document safeguarding as indicated in Part 3 - Section  IV Additional Information.
