Description
The Regulatory Affairs Sector (RAS) of the Treasury Board of Canada Secretariat (TBS) is seeking the services of a contractor to assess the practices of a preselected group of three to four federal departments/agencies in order to: (1) establish a preliminary inventory of existing Performance-Based Regulations (PBR) within the preselected departments/agencies; (2) identify observable trends in adopting PBR or similar approaches to regulating; and (3) determine the common success factors in transitioning from prescriptive regulatory approaches to PBR.
