FILE NUMBER: W6399-15-GC73 PROCUREMENT OFFICER (IDENTIFED USER) NAME: Olga Botygina, DLP 6-1-3 TELEPHONE NUMBER: 613-998-4883 THIS IS A BID SOLICITATION AGAINST PWGSC SUPPLY ARRANGEMENT # E60HN-11ELEC/001/HN to E60HN-11ELEC/012/HN FOR THE SUPPLY OF VARIOUS ELECTRONIC PARTS AND COMPONENTS, TOOLS, TEST INSTRUMENTS, RADIO FREQUENCY AND MICROWAVE COMPONENTS. Only pre-qualified Suppliers have been invited to bid. As a requirement of the Supply Arrangement this notice is published on Buy and Sell for a period of 15 calendar days. Suppliers that do not already hold a Supply Arrangement for the supply of various electronic parts and components, tools, test instruments, radio frequency and microwave components identified above with PWGSC cannot submit their bid. The Department of National Defence requires the following items: p/n Item QTY N9914A 6.5 GHz FieldFox RF Analyzer 1 QuickCal N9914A-112 1 N9914A-210 Vector network analyzer transmission/reflection 1 N9914A-211 Vector network analyzer full 2-port S-parameters 1 N9914A-233 Spectrum analyzer 1 N9914A-235 Pre-amplifier 1 N9914A-236 Interference analyzer and spectrogram 1 N9914A-302 USB power sensor support 1 N9914A-307 GPS receiver 1 N9914A-330 Pulse measurements 1 N9910X-825 Antenna, GPS, active 1 U2021XA USB Wideband Power Sensor (50MHz 18GHz) 1 Requested delivery date for all of the above mentioned goods is February 28, 2014. The responsive Supplier already holding a Supply arrangement for the items mentioned above from Public Works and Government Services Canada with the lowest evaluated price will be recommended for contract award. The requirement is subject to the provisions of the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA) and the Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT) and this notice is being published in accordance with these Agreements. NOTE: This supply arrangement (SA) is refreshed on an ongoing basis.
