Sydney, AU - Property Brokerage Services

1.0 The Project:

Her Majesty as represented by the Department of Foreign Affairs Trade and Development (DFATD) has initiated professional real estate services with the aim of selling one (1) residential property and acquiring one (1) replacement residential property, both in Sydney, Australia. The Department has obtained an appraisal on the property which is ready for immediate sale.  

2.0 Scope of Work: 

This contract will consist of the following: 
	
Broker services:  The Contractor will provide broker services to finalise the transaction for the disposal of one (1) residential property and the acquisition of one (1) residential property in Sydney.
	
The mandatory criteria are:  
	
1.	A site visit will be held on February 9, 2015 at 10:00 at 12 Wentworth Road, Vaucluse, NSW 2030, Australia.  
2.	The Proponent must have a permanent office in Sydney, Australia. 
3.	The Proponent must have provided realtor services within the area (as per the address provided in the SOW) for at least the past five (5) years from the closing date of this RFP (A7) and have completed a minimum of ten (10) property transactions in this area during this time.

3.0 RFP Documents From GETS:
	
Proponents shall order from GETS the Request for Proposals documents which includes the Draft Contract.

4.0 Selection Process: 

The selection process is a one-stage competitive process wherein Proponents are invited to respond to this RFP and submit information relating to technical and price proposals.  The proposals will be evaluated and scored as described within the RFP documents.  Should Her Majesty elect to proceed with a contract, the Proponent with the highest score will be awarded the Contract. 

In case of discrepancies between this Notice and the Request For Proposals documents, the Request For Proposals documents shall take precedence. In case of discrepancies between the English and French versions of the solicitation documents, the English documents shall take precedence.
