    Description
    Environment Canada has a requirement for a Contractor to compile up-to-date, comprehensive inventories of Volatile Organic Compound (VOC) emissions from solvent use in Canada, for the years 2005 to 2017. This work will require the compilation of a comprehensive inventory of past emissions for the years 2005 to 2014 and projected emissions for the period 2015 to 2017 at the provincial/territorial level and the national level. Additional information can be found in the Statement of Work at Annex A of the Request for Proposal document. The contract period is anticipated to be from date of award to March 31, 2016 with the option to extend the contract for one (1) additional one (1) year period. The requirement is subject to the Agreement on Internal Trade, the North American free Trade Agreement, and the World Trade Organization – Agreement on Government Procurement.
