Nature of Requirements: The following is a summary of the statement of work for this requirement. The Correctional Service Canada has a requirement to provide dental services to federal offenders for Beaver Creek Institution-Medium located near Gravenhurst, Ontario Objectives: To provide dental clinic services during weekdays, and provide dental care services in accordance with the policies and guidelines of the Correctional Service Canada. Deliverables: The contractor will prepare clinic lists based on requests received and emergencies as they arise. The contractor will provide essential dental care to offenders at any of the listed institutions. Expected Delivery Date: April 1, 2015 to March 31, 2016, with the option to renew annually for up to three (3) additional one-year periods.
