Description
By means of this RFP, NRCan is seeking proposals from Bidders to provide a Regional Research Manager to provide expert scientific advice to the Environmental Studies Research Fund (ESRF) Management Board in support of the Board’s review and selection of the studies. The period of the contract shall be for one year with the option to extend the period of the contract for up to three (3) additional twelve (12) month periods. There is no security requirement associated with this requirement. This requirement is subject to the provisions of the World Trade Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO- AGP), the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), the Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT), the Canada - Chile Free Trade Agreement (CCFTA) and the Canada-Peru Free Trade Agreement (CPFTA).
