Description

Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC), on behalf of the Canadian Space Agency (CSA), located in St-Hubert, Quebec, is seeking bids to secure an access to a Northern Ground Terminal (NGT) that will provide the CSA with communications services to enable communication with Canadian Government Earth-observation satellites when such satellites orbit out of the reach of the Canadian Government ground stations network.
