    DEFENCE CONSTRUCTION CANADA (DCC) – QUGO1402 – Facility Maintenance and Support Services, Various armouries located in the province of Quebec.
    
    The work includes, but is not necessarily limited to, the supply of labour, material, supervision and equipment necessary for the Maintenance and Support Services of the identified building and its associated infrastructures within the defined property limits in a manner and to a standard that will not cause the buildings to deteriorate beyond normal wear and tear throughout the contract term.

    Bids from bidders whose name does not appear on the official list of bidders who ordered the tender documents, may be declared invalid.
    
    The estimated cost for this opportunity is in the order of $18M for the first three (3) year period.  If mutually agreeable between the Contractor and DCC, the contract may be extended for up to two (2) additional one (1) year period.
    
    This procurement follows tendering procedures in accordance with Chapter 10 of NAFTA.
    
    The selected contractor will be required to hold a valid Designated Organization Screening (DOS), issued by the Canadian Industrial Security Directorate (CISD), Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC).  Details concerning the Security Requirements for this project are identified in the Tender Documents.
