Description of the requirement:
The Information Management and Technology Directorate (IMTD) of the Department of Finance (DoF) require the services of a company that has proven experience in successfully providing as and when required SAS GRID Enhanced Technical Support Services. The requirement includes all professional, support and training/knowledge transfer services associated with resolving operation issues to planning and architecting upgrades
Proposed period of contract:   
The proposed period of contract shall be from April 1, 2015 to March 31, 2016.  The contract contains two additional Option Years as follows: 
April 1, 2016 to March 31, 2017
April 1, 2017 to March 31, 2018
