The Department of National Defence (DND) has a requirement for TBIPS Stream 1, Application Services Stream, services of one (1) Senior Systems Analyst to provide engineering and technical services.

The services are required for one (1) year, with options to extend the term of the Contract by up to one (1) additional six (6) month period under the same conditions.

Number of Contracts: One (1) contract to be awarded.

Request for Proposal (RFP) documents will be e-mailed directly, from the DND Point of Contact (DND POC), to the Qualified Supply Arrangement Holders who are being invited to bid on this requirement. DND requires the services of one (1) Senior Systems Analyst. This requirement will be from date of award to one (1) year later, with an irrevocable option for one (1) additional 6 month option periods.

The Canadian Forces Weather and Oceanographic Service (CFWOS) Transformation Project within the Department of National Defence, has a requirement for a Senior Systems Analyst  to provide engineering and technical services within an Information Management /Information Technology project. These services require the technical specialities and knowledge associated with secure communications systems and video conferencing technologies.

The TBIPS Method of Supply is a result of a formal competitive process which was established as a result of extensive consultations with industry. The Method of Supply provides suppliers with an on-going opportunity to become prequalified for participation in future bidding opportunities.
