TASK Based Professional Services (TSPS) Requirement.

DESCRIPTION OF THE REQUIREMENT
The Department of Foreign Affairs, Trade and Development requires the professional services of an (1) senior evaluator to perform the summative evaluation of the Canadian project: Protecting the Rights of Conflict Affected and Vulnerable Children in Colombia.

SECURITY REQUIREMENT
Security requirement for this need is Protected B.

PROPOSED PERIOD OF CONTRACT
The proposed period of contract shall be from the signature date of the requisition for a period of five (5) months.

WORKING LANGUAGE OF THE PROJECT
Since the evaluation must be conducted in English and Spanish, the working language for this requirement is English.
