Bidding is only open to the Original Equipment Manager (OEM) and the Original Software Publisher (OSP) (Polycom) and the authorized resellers of the OEM and OSP as provided by the OEM for both Polycom end points and infrastructure. Further information is available in the bid document. This SSC issuing office provides procurement services to the public in English. Delivery Date: Above-mentioned The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement. On July 12, 2012, SSC invoked the National Security Exception under the trade agreements in respect of procurements related to email, networks and data centres for Shared Services Canada. As a result, this requirement is subject to the National Security Exception. Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
