    Description
    Environment Canada has a requirement for grading service and maintaining gravel roads within Environment Canada’s Last Mountain Lake National Wildlife Area, Simpson (Saskatchewan) as detailed in the bid solicitation document.  
    
    The term of the contract is two years from the contract award date, with the option to extend the term of the contract for a maximum of three (3) additional periods of one year each, based on the same conditions.
    
    Security
    There is no  security requirement associated with this requirement.
    
    Optional Site Visit
    Environment Canada will not be organizing a formal site visit. It is recommended that the Bidder or a representative of the Bidder visit the work site. However EC will not be organizing a formal site visit. 
    
    The Contractor shall be deemed to have visited the site and to have become familiar with all conditions relative to carrying out the work. There shall be no consideration to claims resulting from the contractor’s failure to carry out sufficient site investigation prior to the issuance of contract.
