Request for Proposal for Conduct of Secondary Rental Market Telephone Surveys CMHC requires a vender to conduct two Computer Assisted Telephone Interview (CATI) surveys to collect information on the secondary rental market and the condo owners market via the Household Rent Survey (HRS) and the Condominium Rent Survey (CRS). The purpose of these surveys is to collect the rent and size of the secondary rental market as well as get the better understanding of the activity and role of condominium owners and investors in the Toronto and Vancouver CMAs. The initial term of this contract is expected to be for 1 year, with the potential for 4, 1-year renewal options. The value of this service contract is not expected to exceed $847,000.00 annually. Proposals must be received at the exact location as specified in the RFP document on or before the submission deadline of 2:00 p.m. DST, on April 24, 2015.
