SOLUTIONS Based Professional Services (TSPS) Requirement

This requirement is for the Department of National Defence (DND).

This requirement is open only to those Supply Arrangement Holders under E60ZN-13TSSB who qualified under “Tier 1” (= $0 - $2M) for the following stream: 

Stream 2: Business Consulting/Change Management Stream

The following SA Holders have been invited to submit a proposal.

Description of the Requirement:

The Department of National Defence (DND) has a requirement for a third-party review to assess the Department of National Defence Investment Plan and provide reports in accordance with Internal Auditing Standards for the Government of Canada or Section 5030 and 8100 of the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants (CICA) Hand book or Chartered Professional Accountants (CPA) Canada Hand book.

Applicable Trade Agreements:

The requirement is subject to the provisions of the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), the Canada-Chile Free Trade Agreement (CCFTA), the Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT), the Canada-Peru Free Trade Agreement (CPFTA), the Canada-Columbia Free Trade Agreement (CColFTA), and the Canada-Panama Free Trade Agreement (CPanFTA) if it is in force.
