ELIGIBLE BIDDERS UNDER THIS BID SOLICITATION

This Bid Solicitation is issued against the Learning Services Supply Arrangement (SA), PWGSC File No. E60ZH-070003.  All terms and conditions of the Learning Services SA apply and are incorporated into any resulting contract.

15 suppliers have already been invited to our requirement and unfortunately we are not going to add any other supplier to our list for the present requirement.  Thank you for your interest and it will be a pleasure to deal with you in the future.
The requirement described herein is open only to PWGSC Learning Services SA Suppliers.


NOTICE OF PROPOSED PROCUREMENT

Description:

The Canada School of Public Service (The School) requires the services of a Contractor to provide online product design, development and HTML programming services for up to 40 existing courses/modules, in both official languages. All products must meet government accessibility standards level AA when applicable (WCAG 2.0 AA).
Contract Period:

The period of the Contract is from date of Contract to March 31, 2016 inclusive; and
Canada will have the irrevocable option to extend the term of the Contract by up to one (1) additional one (1) year period under the same conditions.

Basis of Selection:  Lowest Evaluated Price

Trade Agreement: 

"The requirement is subject to the provisions of the World Trade Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP), the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), and the Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT)."
“There is a Federal Contractors Program (FCP) for employment equity requirement associated with this procurement; see Part 5 - Certifications, Part 7 - Resulting Contract Clauses and the annex named Federal Contractors Program for Employment Equity - Certification.”

The resulting Contract is not to be used for deliveries within a Comprehensive Land Claims Settlement Area (CLCSA). All requirements for delivery within a CLCSA are to be processed individually
