The technical criteria relate to achievements and experience, technical and managerial expertise. The three (3) highest ranking firms selected through the evaluation process, including a factor for the price element, will be invited to be included in the source list. This opportunity follows tendering procedures in accordance with Chapter 10 of NAFTA.
