Description
The purpose of this Negotiated Request for Proposal (the “NRFP”) is to solicit one or more proposals for the following: Scope 1: Strategic Development of a Customer Experience Architecture (Primary Goal); Scope 2: User Experience and User Interface Design for the B2C Consumer Site; and Scope 3: Implementation of the Architecture and Build of the Website. CTC at its discretion may evaluate proposals singularly that meet each of the objectives defined above or collectively in order to determine which proposal or combination of proposals best meets its requirements. See Statement of Work (Section C) for detailed requirements.
