Dawson Old Courthouse Foundation Replacement, Klondike National Historic Site Complex, YK

Requirement:

The work consists of the replacement of Old Courthouse foundation walls, including new concrete footings and perimeter drainage at the Klondike National Historic Site Complex, Dawson, Yukon.

Project Timeline:

The work must be completed on or before September 11, 2015. 

Optional Site Visit:

It is recommended that the Bidder or a representative of the Bidder visit the work site. Arrangements have been made for the site visit to be held at the Old Courthouse historic site, located on the corner of Front Street and Turner Street, Dawson City, YK on April 28, 2015. The site visit will begin at 11:00am (PDT).  

Bidders are requested to communicate with the Contracting Authority before the site visit to confirm attendance and provide the name(s) of the person(s) who will attend. Bidders may be requested to sign an attendance sheet. Bidders who do not attend or do not send a representative will not be given an alternative appointment but they will not be precluded from submitting a bid. Any clarifications or changes to the bid solicitation resulting from the site visit will be included as an amendment to the bid solicitation.

Information:

National Parks Regulations require that all work is to be performed in accordance with the ordinances, laws, rules and regulations set out in the National Park Act.

Bidders that consider themselves qualified to provide this Work and intend to submit bids on this project should obtain documents from the Government Electronic Tendering Service through the Government of Canada tendering service at www.buyandsell.gc.ca/tenders . Addenda, when issued, will be available from the Government of Canada tendering service. Bidders that elect to base their bids on documents obtained from other sources do so at their own risk. Late submissions will not be considered.

This PCA office provides procurement services to the public in English.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.

Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.

This procurement is subject to the Umbrella Final Agreement – Council for Yukon Indians.
