NOTICE OF PROPOSED PROCUREMENT This requirement is only open to the below list of pre-qualified suppliers under the Task and Solutions Based Professional Services (TSPS). Task and Solutions Professional Services (TSPS) Supply Arrangement E60ZN-13TSPS FILE NUMBER: 14/0015902/A TIER 1 (< $2M) The Department of National Defence (DND) has a requirement for TSPS Stream 5, Technical, Engineering and Maintenance Services Stream, the services of one (1) Intermediate Technician for conducting laboratory and technical field evaluations within the technical specialty of Materials Characterization and Mechanical Testing technology. The services are required for three (3) years, with options to extend the term of the Contract by up to two (2) additional one (1) year periods under the same conditions. Number of Contracts: One (1) contract to be awarded. Request for Proposal (RFP) documents will be e-mailed directly, from the DND Point of Contact (DND POC), to the Qualified Supply Arrangement Holders who are being invited to bid on this requirement. This requirement will be from date of award to three (3) years later, with an irrevocable option for two (2) additional 12-month option periods. The TSPS Method of Supply is a result of a formal competitive process which was established as a result of extensive consultations with industry. The Method of Supply provides suppliers with an on-going opportunity to become prequalified for participation in future bidding opportunities.
