The CBSA requires one (1) Procurement Advisor resource for the Information, Science & Technology Branch (ISTB).

The requirement is open only to the Temporary Help Services (THS) Supply Arrangement (SA) Holders for the following Classification:

Stream 5- Professional Services/ Sub-Stream 5b– Procurement/ Procurement/ Advanced/ SECRET

•	Advanced Procurement

The services of the Advanced Procurement Advisor would be for a maximum period of 48 weeks.

The solicitation is subject to the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), the World Trade Organization - Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP), the Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT), the Canada-Chile Free Trade Agreement (CCFTA), the Canadian-Peru Free Trade Agreement (CPFTA) and the Canada-Columbia Free Trade Agreement (CCoFTA).

Basis of Selection – Highest Combined Rating of Technical Merit 60 % and Price 40 %
