Defence Construction Canada – Request for Abbreviated Proposals - Standing Offer (SO) for Purchase of Modular Bridges, Wainwright, Alberta

In accordance with the rules, regulations, statutes, guidelines and the professional associations of the provinces where the Standing Offer will be carried out, Defence Construction Canada (DCC) is calling for Abbreviated Proposals from Bridge Vendors for the Design, Fabrication, Supply, Delivery and Unloading of up to four (4) Pre-Engineered Modular Military Steel Panel Bridges.

Information provided by the Proponents will be evaluated using the established criteria in the Request for Abbreviated Proposals.  The criteria relate to previous achievements and experience, as well as technical expertise.  The objective of this Request for Abbreviated Proposals is to select the Bridge Vendor with the highest total score.

This opportunity follows procurement procedures in accordance with Chapter 10 of NAFTA.

The maximum estimated value of the SO is $3,000,000.00 for a period of four (4) years from the date of establishment. If mutually agreeable between the selected Proponent and DCC, the SO may be extended for up to one (1) additional year and increased in the order of $250,000.00 at any given time.
