    Nature of Requirements: 
    
    The following is a summary of the statement of work for this requirement. 
    
    The Correctional Service Canada has a requirement to have an effective system in place to monitor the whereabouts of parole staff conducting community visits and other related activities in the province of BC and the Yukon Territory.  An automated system has proven the most effective means of doing this. The work will involve the following:
    
    Objectives:
    The Pacific Region Community Corrections District requires lone worker monitoring service for up to 140 employees of CSC who travel and conduct community visits with offenders and/or their families, employers, friends, and acquaintances.  Lone worker monitoring technology is required up to 16 hours per day, on a 7 day per week basis.
    
    Deliverables:
    
    1.	The contractor is to provide lone worker monitoring services  for up to 140 employees, up to 16 hours per day, 7 days per week
    
    2.	The Contractor is to provide in person and/or virtual training to new and existing CSC employees on the use of the lone worker monitoring technology when and as required.
    
    3.	The Contractor is to provide technical support to CSC/Project Authority on the lone worker monitoring technology service when and as required.
    
    4.	The contractor will be required to record all events and contacts on the system and provide access and/or a copy to the Project Authority or delegate when requested.
    
    5.	The contractor will provide CSC Community Corrections with administrative authority to change who the designated managers are within their system.
