The National Capital Commission (NCC) requires the services of printing company for the printing (four-colour process) and delivery of 95,000 copies of the Ottawa-Gatineau Cycling Map 2015 2016. All locations will require a tail-gate delivery Tenders must be forwarded to the attention of Nicole Galipeau, Sr. Contract Officer, Procurement Services, National Capital Commission, 40 Elgin Street, 3rd floor Service Centre, Ottawa, ON, K1P 1C7. Exceptionally, tenders can be faxed at 613-239-5012 only. Deadline for receipt of tenders is May 14, 2015 at 3:00 p.m. Ottawa time. Late or faxed bids will not be accepted. All enquiries and other communications related to this tender sent throughout the solicitation period are to be directed ONLY to the Sr. Contract Officer named above. Non-compliance with this requirement during the solicitation period can, for that reason alone, result in disqualification of a tender. There will be no public opening for this tender. The procurement process of this tender is subject to Chapter 5 of the Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT). The official Government Electronic Tendering Service website is http://buyandsell.gc.ca .
