Defence Construction Canada (DCC) – Request for Abbreviated Proposals (RFAP) – Multidisciplinary, Architectural, and Engineering Consultant Services – Source List, St. John’s, Gander, Goose Bay, Corner Brook, Stephenville and Grand Falls Armoury, Newfoundland and Labrador 

In accordance with the rules, regulations, statutes, guidelines and the professional associations of the Province of Newfoundland and Labrador, Defence Construction Canada (DCC) is calling for Abbreviated Proposals from consulting firms to establish a Source List to provide “as and when required” professional services specific to Department of National Defence (DND) requirements located in St. John’s, Gander, Goose Bay, Corner Brook, Stephenville and Grand Falls Armoury, Newfoundland and Labrador 

The objective of this Request for Abbreviated Proposal (RFAP) is to select two (2) firms, who will be placed on a Source List (SL) with DCC to provide services on an “as and when required” basis to a maximum estimated value of $425,000.00, for a period of one (1) year from the date of the SL establishment. If mutually agreeable between the Consultant and DCC, the SL may be extended for up to two (2) additional one year periods and increased in the order of $275,000.00 for each additional period. Commissions under the SL are expected to be valued between $30,000 and $50,000; the maximum value of a Commission is $150,000. The SL is not a commitment by DCC to spend the entire or any amount. 

Information provided by the Proponents will be evaluated using the established criteria in the RFAP document.  The two (2) highest ranking firms selected through the evaluation process, will be invited to be included in the source list.

This opportunity follows tendering procedures in accordance with Chapter 10 of NAFTA.

To be considered, Abbreviated Proposals must be received at the following address, no later than 14:00 hours local time on June 24, 2015.
