DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENT:
	 
Development of a Costing Model, including full costing of its activities, for Canadian Hydrographic Service’s  (CHS) Products and Services Branch of Fisheries and Oceans Canada under Work Stream 6: Financial and Accounting Services.

DURATION OF CONTRACT

The period of the Contract is from date of Contract to March 31, 2016 inclusive with an option to extend the term of the Contract by up to one (1) additional six (6) month period under the same conditions.  For details please see Annex A- Statement of Work of the RFP. 

EVALUATION PROCESS AND SELECTION METHODOLOGY

The successful bidder will be determined based upon the Highest Combined Rating of Technical Merit (60%) and Price (40%).
