This RFP is only for pre-qualified Suppliers for Streams 1 – Internal Audit Services and Stream 3 – Information Technology and Systems Audits against the Professional Audit Support Services (PASS) Supply Arrangement (E60ZG-060004).

Description of the Requirement:

The Corporate Management Sector, more specifically the Corporate Finance, Systems and Procurement Branch requires the services of a firm (audit consultants) to provide an impartial assessment on a rotational basis, of internal controls over financial reporting (ICFR) on a yearly basis. A portion of the ICFR will be tested by internal staff, and the other portion will be tested by the third party contracted to do so. 


Proposed Period of Contract:

The proposed period of contract shall be from date of contract award (tentative start date is June 2015) to August 31, 2016, with three (3) optional extension periods of one (1) year each.
